Review :
I felt the first half of the book to be well written and attention grabbing but couldn't make it through the rest of the book. It came highly recommended but to me it was a HUGE let down. ...

Review :
In the audio version, the author admits his agenda after the end of the book. He want to take all proceeds from sales and make a movie to spread his message to a larger audience. Regretfully he has some of my money to do just that.
His message is that there is no need to abide by any rules or principals of God or Christ. The he throws in for good measure that the Bible did not come from God. And Jesus has no interest in humans being Christians.

Review :
This is an unusual book in that it begins with a tragic situation and then goes into something akin to a dream in which the main protagonist experiences what seems to him to be a weekend with the Trinity. It has some very well thought out points to make regarding the reason for the Trinity and other related items which can be very helpful to those of us who are seekers of truth. I found I skipped portions as it seemed to take too much time in some areas on some points....

Didn't know what to expect, was told by a spritual person that it was a great read, I was not disappointed. I have since recommended the book and gifted the book to several friends and family members....

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL - Talk about a book that really made you think. I loved this book. I purchased this book for myself, my husband, mother and sister. My husband and I are still talking about it. Many of my friends are reading and we are anxiously awaiting an oppourtinity to have a discussion about it. This is a novel that contains deep Spiritual Truths written in a manner that is enjoyable and understandable. If you had the opportunity to spend a weekend with God and ask Him questions, what might they be? This book explores such answers. Once you begin reading it, you will not want to put it down....

I am so glad I purchased the audio book. Listening to this really helped me understand what was going on. The author did an amazing job narrating the book. The book has made me feel so much closer to God and has helped me answer questions I was always struggling with. I have been recommending this book to everyone I know....

Review :
This is the best book I have read in a while. It is a must read and one that you will want to read again. I first got this book in softcover and after reading it ordered a hardcover copy to keep in my collection. I use the other one to lend to friends. This book helps give a greater understanding to how awesome our God is and how is helps us when we don't even realize. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit what a trio they are and we can't do without any of them. Amen...

I came across this book by accident, and after reading it couldn't believe that I hadn't heard more people talking about it. It really makes you think and wonder what it would be like if you got the chance to talk to God. I've already passed it on to my sister, and bought another copy to re-read!...

An intriguing, mostly well-written story that drew me closer to God ... to hunger for a deeper relationship with him. There are significant theological problems (ie, God is more than a buddy ... he is holy; some paths do lead to destruction/away from Christ; righteousness is required of us, etc.), but if you know your scripture well, this is a safe read. (If you don't know the scriptures well, don't settle for just this book; study the Bible too! You'll get even more depth in your understanding...
