Outstanding Chef Knife

Review :
My wife has a touch of rheumatoid arthritis in her hands, and this is the most comfortable chef's knife she has found. It is nicely contoured, well-weighted, and very sharp.
That said, this is an expensive knife - you can find knives that are ALMOST as good for much less. Therefore, I rated this product 4 stars instead of five because I consider overall value to be "good" instead of "excellent".
But if that extra bit of quality is worth a LOT of extra money to you -...

Review :
I have used the same three Henckels knives for the past 10 years--a paring knife, a utility knife, and a carving knife in the Pro series--and I have been very happy with all of them. After seeing the Twin Select knives, I decided to get the 8-inch chef's knife to add to my collection. This knife is perfect for chopping and slicing. It has a nice wide blade that is nice for larger vegetables like carrots. The knife is heavier that any of my other knives but not so heavy to make using it a chore....
